Below you will find all important information regarding the processing, shipment, and delivery of your order.
1. Processing & Production Time

Orders are processed and prepared within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Processing time begins once payment has been successfully received.

During peak periods (such as promotions or holidays), processing times may be extended.
We reserve the right to cancel orders or request additional verification in cases of suspected fraud, incomplete information, or payment irregularities.
2. Tracking Information

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to become visible in the carrier’s system.

The absence of immediate tracking updates does not mean your package is not in transit.
It is the customer’s responsibility to actively monitor the tracking information provided.
3. Shipping & Delivery Time

The average delivery time is 10–14 business days from the date of shipment.

Orders are shipped via recognized carriers such as DHL or similar logistics providers.

Shipping is free unless otherwise stated.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs procedures, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other external factors are beyond our control and responsibility.
4. Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided or incomplete addresses.

Address changes can only be made before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address modifications.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a pickup location let us know via email.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Packages
5.1 Lost in Transit
If tracking does not show delivery, this must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
5.2 Marked as Delivered
If the tracking status shows the package as delivered to the provided address, this is considered proof of delivery.
In such cases:

We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery.

Customers must contact the carrier directly or local authorities if necessary.
5.3 Damaged Items
Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of:

The damaged product
Claims submitted without proper documentation or outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
6. Incorrect Items Received
If you have received an incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via our contact form, including photo evidence for verification.
Once verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution.
7. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays caused by:
