Return and refund policy

We hope you'll be happy with your purchase, but if not, you're welcome to return it to us, subject to the following terms:

📆 Returns can be initiated within 30 days of receiving your purchase, and must be posted within 30 days of your return approval.

Returns for orders placed between the 2nd December and 31st December can be initiated on or before the 17th January.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as they were when sent. This does not include the removal of an item from a plastic bag, but it does include the removal of tags. We reserve the right to refuse or diminish refunds if an item is returned in a worse condition than

🚚 Returns are made at the purchaser's expense.

For now, returns must be shipped with your local postal service or a carrier of your choosing, but we will be offering shipping labels for ease in the near future.

Please ensure your parcel is sent on a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for return parcels that are lost or not received when shipped in this way.

Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or provided as a voucher for future use on our website.

Vouchers can be used for any purchase on our website and do not expire.

You will receive a notification when your return parcel arrives at our warehouse, and another when your return is processed. It can take up to 7 working days for your return to be processed once it has arrived.

 

THE PROCESS

Before continuing, please ensure the item or items you wish to return adhere to the above terms.

If there is a problem with your purchase please contact us before initiating the returns process.

You will be asked to confirm your order number and the email or postal code associated with the purchase.

Cancellation & Exchanges Policy

Once an order has been confirmed and processed, cancellation or modification is no longer possible . This is due to our automated fulfillment system, which immediately prepares and dispatches orders after confirmation.

If an order has already entered the shipping process or has been dispatched, cancellation cannot be accepted under any circumstances . In such cases, customers must wait until the order is delivered and may then initiate a return in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Please note that:

  • Shipping transit times may vary and are outside of our control.

  • Delays in delivery do not constitute valid grounds for cancellation.

  • Once dispatched, it is technically impossible to stop or intercept the shipment.

Customers may notify us of their intent to return the order in advance; however, this does not cancel the shipment. Returns are only processed after successful delivery and receipt of the returned item.

Because our system is fully automated, orders cannot be interrupted, modified, or canceled once processing has begun .
