Return and refund policy

1.1 Cancellation and exchange

1.2 Once an order has been packed, it cannot be cancelled or changed; instead, the order must be returned to us in accordance with section 10 below. As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times that are beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and return them to us. Of course, you can still inform us of your cancellation in advance. In order to guarantee the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.
An early refund is possible at the earliest 16 weeks after receipt of the order if the goods have not been received.

1.3 Because we work with a fully automated system, orders are activated immediately after dispatch. Unfortunately, it is not possible to interrupt the dispatch process until delivery, so a refund before receipt of the goods is only possible up to 24 hours after ordering.

2. Returns and Refunds

2.1 Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions on which you may access and use our Website.

2.2 If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can send us an e-mail informing us of the product to be returned and return the product to us. The return period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
PLEASE NOTE: Printed goods cannot be returned, this includes printed shirts with name and number.

3. When you return the package, please make sure to declare the value of the item at 3-5 USD. This is necessary to avoid customs and import duties, which can be expensive and time consuming. If the declared value is higher than $5, we may not be able to accept the package or we may have to charge you extra fees to cover customs and import duties.
